The initial consultation is free.

A non-refundable retainer of $850 will cover the first 10 billable hours, regardless of the work being done. Additional hours of work are billed at $85.00 an hour for only the hours needed.

Mileage will be billed at $.50/mile to travel outside of Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery and Warren counties in Ohio. Charged mileage will be from portal to portal starting in Mason, Ohio.

If an assistant is needed for field work, there will be an additional charge of $30/hour.
A payment of $400 is due at least one week in advance for deposition arbitration or trial testimony. This includes travel time and up to four hours at the proceeding. The payment is non-refundable with a cancelation of less than 48 hours notice from the scheduled beginning time of the deposition, arbitration or trial testimony.
